At Lighting Superstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on all standard fixtures. Items must be in their original packaging, uninstalled, and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your purchase and click the 'Request Return' button.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label to your email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Fixture

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all mounting hardware and manuals included to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Affix the shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
